  • What are the usual characteristics of a Watson EA?
    All our EAs are degree holders are from renowned Universities/colleges and have 5 years of professional experiences in a reputed foreign or local companies. They are Culturally aware, main a positive attitude, embrace an “I’ll figure this out” mentality, and exhibit a strong desire to excel. Most importantly, they excel in verbal and written communication and are technologically savvy.
  • What time zone will they be working under?
    Our EAs adjust to your time zone, usually working 9 to 5. We can also accommodate alternative schedules, as some offer clients have our EAs on a 5 hr synched period and a 3 hr asynced period depending on your specific needs.
  • Is my EA a Full time Employee?
    No. They are independent contractors who are available exclusively for full time positions.
  • What is my commitment with an EA?
    Your commitment with your EA begins with a 3 month contract. Followed by that, the commitment transition to a rolling 6 month contract.
  • What about their Employee benefits?

  • What happens if the partnership with my EA isn’t working out?
    We have a dedicated Client Manager who listens to your concerns and works to resolve any issues. If your EA isn't the right fit, we'll pair you with a better-matched EA.
  • Where are the EAs based?
    In Colombo, Sri Lanka. At the Watson Workspace in Colombo or at their homes.
